Please fill out the registration form below and submit 1 form per child.

• If you are signing up multiple children, you can make one payment for all children on your first registration.

• 1st child is $10; $5 for the 2nd child in the same family (sibling); 3rd child (or more) in the same family is free. Payment is non-refundable.

If you prefer to make payment by check you can do so. Please make checks payable to CEF Chester County. In the memo line, write your camper’s name/s. You can mail your check to:
